We collect two types of information, personal information provided by our users and aggregate information, and are the sole owners of the information collected on this website.
We only have access to/collect personal information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your personal information to process and respond to your scholarship application. We will not share your personal information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to process your scholarship application.
Aggregate information is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you, such as pages most frequently accessed by you, time spent on a page or area of the website, the number of visits to the website by you and the types of browser used by you. Aggregate Information is used in a collective manner and does not personally identify a specific user.
We take precautions to protect your personal information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your personal information is protected both online and offline.
Any sensitive information collected via our website is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your personal information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers where we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Your Rights as Data Subject

All reasonable efforts will be made to keep your information updated. If you believe that certain information about you is inaccurate, you may request correction of such data. You also have the right to request the blocking or erasing of data that has been processed unlawfully.
